GTA 5 offers two variants of monster trucks: Marshall and Liberator. Both share many things in common, such as appearance, performance, gears, and livery availability.

1. Marshall
In GTA 5, you can purchase the Marshall at a price of $250,000. Besides, it can be found in La Fuente Blanca, Vinewood Hills.
The fastest way to acquire Marshall is by buying it from Warstock Cache & Carry for $250,000. This price is pretty low for a powerful-engine vehicle like Marshall.
You barely see the Marshall parked or driven on the roads. Instead, you can come to La Fuente Blanca, located on Senora Road in Vinewood Hills, Los Santos County, as there’s a chance of a Marshall spawning at the entrance.
2. Liberator
In GTA 5, the Liberator can be found on freeways near the Grand Senora Desert. On top of that, this vehicle is randomly spawned at Rebel Radio Building.
Compared to the Marshall, the Liberator frequently occurs on freeways or roads. However, the chance of running over pedestrians with the Liberator is considered low, so you have to be super lucky in most cases.
