There are 3 ways to get the stun gun in GTA 5: Completing the mission “Monkey Business”, “The Civil Border Patrol”,and purchasing at the Ammu-Nation store.

In fact, you can also obtain stun guns by looting them from the police or specific NPCs. However, these options are random, and the chances of obtaining one are low.

1. Complete The Mission “Monkey Business”

During the mission ‘Monkey Business”, Michael is given a stun gun to hit the guards and scientists without letting them die. After you complete this mission, the gun is yours.

2. Complete the mission “The Civil Border Patrol”

Similar to the “Monkey Business” mission, Trevor is given the stun gun to take out the targets during the mission “The Civil Border Patrol”.

3. Purchase at the Ammu-Nation Store

After Michael’s mission, any protagonist can come to the Ammu-Nation stores and buy the gun, which is available for $100.
