On November 8, 2023, Take-Two Interactive conducted an earnings conference call, engaging with their shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.
While the primary focus of the call was to present the company’s financial results and discuss their strategic updates, it also offered valuable insights into the much-anticipated next installment of the Grand Theft Auto series, including:
- The next GTA series (GTA 6) installment is currently in development and is highly anticipated to be released during fiscal year 2025. This time frame spans from April 2024 to March 2025.
- GTA 6 won’t be affected by strike from the game or voice actors. “We value excellent labor relations, and we’re looking forward to reaching an agreement that serves everyone well“, said Strauss Zelnick, Take-Two CEO. He also ensured that “in the event they don’t work out just fine now, we are completely protected”.
