How to Find The Frozen Alien in GTA 5
You will find the Frozen Alien at the beginning of GTA 5 Story Mode, but it isn’t easy to spot unless you explore off the mission path.
As you remember, the first GTA 5 mission, the “Prologue”, started when Michael, Trevor, and Brad robbed a bank to score a big payday.
As you go outside to have a shootout with the cops, there will be a scene where you will be driving the car to escape the cops.
The game will ask you to “go to the helicopter pick-up point”. To meet the frozen alien, you have to go outside the mission.
To make it easier to understand, we made a step-by-step guide on how you can do it:
- As you approach the bridge, gradually descend the hill while staying close to the road to trick the game into thinking you are still on the mission.
- Slowly go down the river when you are near the bridge.
- Once under the bridge, go outside the car by pressing “F“.
- Use your gun and press on the “Right Mouse Button” to zoom in.
- You will see an alien drowned in ice that looks like the “Xenomorph” from the movie Aliens vs Predators.
Don’t go down the river while you’re too far from the bridge, as it could cause the game to think you’re quitting the mission, leading to failure.
How to Replay the Prologue
Did you know that you can always replay the “Prologue” in the settings to experience this hidden Easter egg?
Here are the steps on how you can do it:
- Press “P” to bring up the pause menu.
- Go to the “Game” tab.
- Press the “Enter” key on the “Replay Mission” tab.
- Then press the “Enter” key again on “Prologue“.
- A message will pop up, saying it’ll save your progress before you redo missions. Just press “Enter” to continue.
