What Is ASI Loader In GTA 5?
In GTA 5, the ASI loader is a tool that allows you to load custom scripts written in the ASI format into the game.
Basically, you don’t have to care about the ASI loader unless you need to install mods and add-ons to customize or add new features in GTA 5, as you need the ASI loader to run these mods.
When you download mods and extract them, they often come with a *.asi. Without the ASI loader, the mod cannot run.
Although you can download and install the ASI loader separately, it is often accompanied by other mods, such as Script Hook V.
After installing and extracting Script Hook V, the ASI loader is displayed in the GTA 5 directory at dinput8.dll. From now on, you can add mods and add-ons according to your liking and let the ASI loader do its job.
