Rockstar Games has recently announced the details of the upcoming update for GTA Online, along with its accompanying DLC content.

What’s New In the December Update?

In this update, a new business featuring Yusuf Amir has been added. Wildlife can also be found in free mode, with new drifting modifications, features, improvements, and other exciting updates.

Rockstar has surprised us with two new updates on their official website: one is the GTA Online Bi-Weekly Event, and the other is the announcement of new DLC content.

Here is the list of all the content you will receive in this new update:

1. Yusuf Amir and a New Business

Rockstar is launching a new Salvage Yard business involving daring vehicle thefts that will grab the cop’s attention.

You will assist Yusuf Amir in executing car heists together with his cousin Jamal. You will front Red’s Auto Parts to keep the cops away from this illegal business.

You have the option to either sell your cars to Yusuf or salvage the vehicle parts for money.

2. Features and Improvements

As Rockstar noticed the popularity of the next-gen consoles like the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, they have decided to add some features especially for these consoles:

• After years of requests by fans, wildlife has finally been introduced to Freemode. Animals now roam across the map in south San Andreas.

• GTA+ members now have access to The Vinewood Club Garage, which can store up to 100 vehicles.
• PS5 and Xbox Series X/S now have the ability to organize and move cars easily using the Interaction Menu.

Additionally, the next update will bring lots of new stuff that will make the game better for everyone playing on any platform:

• Starting now, the default setting for console voice chat is “Off“.
• Improved the Interaction menu to make it more user-friendly and easier to navigate.
• Every player will receive a small birthday gift on their character’s birthday.
• Custom description tags for each floor of the Eclipse Blvd. Garage.
• The LS Car Meet Reputation points have increased for those competing in Pursuit and Street Races.
• A new service at LS Car Meet allows drivers to buy copies of another player’s Personal Vehicle on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

3. Drift Races and New Car Modifications

GTA Online just released a cool update for racing fans! Now, there’s a new drifting modification feature for selected cars.

On top of that, you will get a whole new Drift Races Series where players can show off their driving skills.

Plus, at the LS Car Meet, some cars can get a special drift tuning upgrade, letting you drift around in Freemode.
