Recently, a video on X shows the main protagonist, who is believed to be Jason, standing right next to a pool and hearing the gossip of two NPCs.

There is nothing to discuss in this footage until you pay close attention to what they’re talking about. Specifically, these NPCS probably mention Jay Norris and his death, as well as Lifeinvader, the company in which Jay Norris is a founder.

For those who may have forgotten or are unaware, Jay Norris is a character who appears in GTA 5 and is killed by Michael during the mission “Friend Request”.

For that reason, we are unsure if the story in GTA 6 continues from GTA 5, but clearly, there’s a hint that it might.
